  • Are your sneakers new?

    All items are new unless stated otherwise in the description.

  • How do I know if the items are authentic?

    All items from Project Blitz are 100% authentic, guaranteed. All product is sourced directly leaving no room for counterfeit products to pass through.

  • How do you determine the prices of your products?

    Our products are priced as competitively with market value while also keeping in mind our premium service of shipping directly to the customer which negates long wait times and logistical issues.

  • I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

    You are able to use your coupon code upon checkout.

  • An item/size I want is out of stock. How will I know if you will be getting it back in?

    You can get notified via email when the size is back in stock.

  • When will my order ship?

    Orders may take up to 3 business days to process prior to shipment. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday, except on the following U.S. holidays: Easter Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day New Year's Eve

Every item sold in the Project BLITZ boutique is 100% authentic and is on hand in our inventory. From footwear to apparel to accessories; those hard-to-find rare gems and limited releases that you missed can be found in Project BLITZ.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Our payments methods are listed upon check out. If you are inquiring about a VAULT item, payment is to be made via direct wire transfer.

  • Why was my order canceled?

    Any order placed can be cancelled for a variety of reasons. A common reason is that we could not verify the payment details provided. If this is your case, you may place your order again using a different verified alternative payment method. Your order may also be canceled if an item/s witin your order become unavailable due to being out of stock or damaged prior to preparing your order for shipment. For all cancelled orders, a refund of the item/s will be issued to your original form of payment.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    At this time we do not offer gift cards.

  • I’d like to make a bulk purchase - who can I reach out to?

  • Where is my order coming from?

    All inventory is stored in one of our retail locations (coming soon) or warehouses. Having all the merchandise on hand allows us to ship your items faster.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Am I responsible for duties & taxes if I'm purchasing from overseas?

    All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We ship DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to most destinations worldwide, which means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery. If a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) destination is selected, the price you pay to Project Blitz will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient, you'll need to instead pay these directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival.

  • How can I track my order?

    You will receive tracking information once your item/s has been shipped out. You can also view your shipping progress on the SHOP app.

  • Can I change the address on my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact support@projectblitz.com. We will do our best to accommodate the request but it is not guaranteed.

  • Can I change the size, colorway, or model of my order?

    Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any adjustments to size, color, or model.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We do not accept cancellations.

  • What is your Returns Policy?

    If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days from the delivery date of your order to submit a return request. Item/s must be shipped back to Project Blitz within 3 days of an approved request. All returned items must adhere to our return policy for a refund to be processed: - Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received. - Authenticity tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded. - Footwear must be returned in the original box provided, and packaged inside a protective shipping box. - Final sale items are not eligible for return. This includes Pre-Release or “early” items, vintage items, and VAULT Items. Final sale items will be noted on the product description page. - All items purchased during a promotional period are final sale. - Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date, and item/s must be shipped back within 3 days of an approved request. Items that do not comply or are sent outside of this window are subject to refusal and may be sent back to you.

  • How do I return my purchase?

    Once your request is approved, follow the steps as prompted via email ship us back your return.

  • I received confirmation that my return has been delivered. When will I receive my refund?

    Please allow up to 10 business days to inspect your returned item/s and process a refund back to your original form of payment.

  • What are holiday shipping cut-off dates?

    Thank you for trusting Project Blitz for your holiday needs! All of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing prior to shipment after placing your order. To ensure your holiday items are delivered by Christmas, we recommend that you place your order on or before the following dates based on your preferred shipping method: US Ground - Monday, December 13th US 2-day Express - Wednesday, December 15th International orders: Sunday December 12th - Canada, Qatar, Saudi Arabia Monday, December 13th - Hong Kong, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia Tuesday, December 14th - UK, UAE, Norway We cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas for any orders placed after the dates noted above.

  • What is the Project Blitz holiday return policy?

    We will offer extended returns for the holiday season. Orders placed on projectblitz.com from Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 25, 2021 through Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, 2021 are eligible to request a return until Friday, Jan. 8, 2022. All other points of the return policy will still be in effect.

  • How can I contact Project Blitz?

    Our support team is here for you 7 days a week. Our normal business hours are from 10am-6pm PST Monday through Saturday, and 10am-3pm PST Sunday. We try to reply to all customer inquiries within 24 hours. You can contact us via email support@projectblitz.com.

  • How do I sell products with Project Blitz?
